atom 1.17.0 升级后 gbk无法保存 iconv.decodeStream is not a function

同样遇到这个问题，并且GBK编码的文件打开出现乱码

更新后无法编辑gbk 用notepad++转很麻烦!
只能回原来的版本在C:\Users\Win\AppData\Local\atom
找到1.17.0 删掉 装 1.11.2 如果没删装了还是右键打开的时候还是会进1.17.0
